Return Policy:
Return Condition: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened sponges, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. To ensure hygiene and safety, sponges must remain sealed in their original packaging. It should be in the same condition you received it. Opened or used sponges are not eligible for refunds. Unopened sponges can be returned for a refund or exchange.
Initiating Returns: Before returning any products, please reach out to us to start the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Email afriquechicskin@gmail.com with your order number and why you are returning it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of our error, such as sending the wrong color or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Note: Our return policy is designed to maintain hygiene and protect the safety of our customers. You can return unopened sponges for a refund or exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
